After an incredible day of parallel parking action, Jon Acock was crowned the Parker of the Year Champion, beating Jeff Li 2-1 in a nail-biting best of three final, with a championship-deciding time of 10.5 seconds.
Having earlier gone head-to-head with the hands-free parking smarts of the All New Ford Focus Titanium, in a starting field of 24, Jon not only walked away with the most sought after prize in the sport of parallel parking, the Golden Parking Meter, but also picked up a valet park in Britomart Carpark for a year.
Christine Cato and Luke Leadbetter, placed third and fourth respectively for their outstanding efforts behind the wheel.
